Fyver Technologies LLC’s (Fyver) return policy is listed below:
If customer service believes that the product can be repaired after technical support, then a refund will not be issued. We will cover all shipping costs in this case.
If customer service believes that the product is beyond repair, then a refund will be issued immediately, and if the customer wishes, a new product will be sent, without need to send back the product. If the customer does not wish to receive a new product, the customer will need to send back the product before the refund is issued. Again, we cover all shipping costs.
Our products have 12 month parts and labor warranty, guaranteed.
A refund WILL NOT be issued if a product is clearly damaged on purpose, has been changed in a way that is different from the manufacturer’s intent, and/or the product is not the right one purchased.
